How to Order:

You can continue shopping by click catalog or update item quantity in shopping cart. When you finished, just click on "Checkout" and you will be directed to our secure payment page. We accept credit and debit card payment via Paypal, Google CheckOut and Protx.

We will endeavour to dispatch any order placed before 3pm the same working day but due to high order volumes during certain sales periods please allow 2 working days after order payment cleared. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver in 2-5 working days.
We ship cameras, camcorders and game consoles by Royal Mail Special Delivery/Citylink which operating next working day delivery service, we post most of accessories by Royal Mail first class post or recorded post and normally delivered in 3-4 working days.
Standard Service (Royal Mail):
First class post normally take 3-4 working days, however please allow an additional 10 working daysbefore contacting us as Royal Mail do not consider a package "lost" until 15 working days have passed.
Royal Mail states:
"Please wait 15 days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed."
Special Delivery/City Link:
Special Delivery/City Link orders usually arrive within 24 hours, if you do not receive your order after 2 working days please contact us at info@digizo.co.uk so that we can track your order.
We only deliver within the mainland UK.
Part of order missing:
We try to pack your order(s) in one parcel if you place multiple orders or bundle packages, so you should receive all orders at once, if there is any missing item(s), please contact us within 7 days after order delivered by sending email to: info@digizo.co.uk quoting your order number.
Order did not receive:
Standard Service (Royal Mail)

The item is damaged or may be faulty:
If the item you received is damaged or defective within 30 days, please simply fill in return form at back of invoice and return back to us.
Wrong item received:
Please email us at: info@digizo.co.uk with your order number so we can correct this immediately. Please fill in the return form at below return section and post back to us, we are gladly to refund return postage ( standard first class postages applied unless stated.)
