Returns Policy

Please read the following instructions carefully.
Digizo.co.uk are
not responsible for items lost or returned to us incorrectly. 

 

On the rare occasion that you need to return an item to digizo.co.uk please refer to the terms and conditions below.

Within 15 days of receiving your order:

* Items returned to us for a full refund must be in brand new, unused condition with any seals and shrink-wrap intact: including all original accessories and packaging.
Once you have received your order you have 15 days to change your mind and return it to us for a full refund.

Alternatively you may request a replacement item or a repair in the unlikely event that your item is received faulty or damaged.

In the unlikely event that an item develops a fault within 30 days of its receipt our customers can take advantage of our 30 day replacement or repair returns policy.

Please note that our returns policy does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse and normal wear and tear.
Replacement items are issued based on the condition of the product returned.

Returns Process

Our returns process has been set up to make it as easy as possible for you to return your items to us.
It is extremely important that you follow these steps closely when returning an item, failure to supply all of the information required may mean we can not process your return.

Step 1:
Check above to ensure you are eligible for a refund/replacement/repair before sending your item. We are not responsible for any items sent to us and will not offer reimbursement for any postage costs accumulated while returning items in error.

Step 2:
Print out our returns form and fill it in carefully. Be sure to include your order number (found on your invoice and confirmation email.) The postal address for our returns department is included in the form.

Step 3:
Ensure the product you are returning is in “as new” condition if required. Please note that our returns policy does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse and normal wear and tear.

Step 4:
Please remember to include our returns form as well as the sales invoice you received with your order as proof of purchase.

Step 5:
For your protection: please send all products back to us well packaged and using a reliable recorded or trackable postal service.
Please ensure you retain your postal receipt: Digizo.co.uk will not be liable for items lost or damaged while in transit to us.

 

Important: Items Returned in Error
Digizo.co.uk are not responsible for any items or files returned to us. Please back up any photos, contacts and files you wish to keep before returning an item.
When returning an item back to us please ensure you are sending ONLY the items you wish to have refunded, replaced or repaired.
Remember to remove your sim/memory cards before returning items; our returns department process hundreds of returns a week and are unable to return individual items back to customers.
 

Returns Processing Times

Once your returned goods have safely arrived with us please allow 3-7 working days for our returns team to process your request.
Please note that more expensive items such as Digital Cameras and Portable DVD Players can require up to 30 days to process as they are sent to off site authorised repair centres.

Postage Costs Information:

Unless explicitly specified by us no postage fees will be refunded under any circumstances, It is a legal requirement that you are responsible for returned goods and for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless goods are delivered to you in error.
Our customers are not charged for the re-delivery of returned items.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this.

Warranty Information:

12 months warranty:
We provide 12 months warranty for most of cameras/Game console accessories /digital photo frame, you are eligible to return the product to us for repair under your 12 months warranty if your product develops a fault within 12 months of receipt of your goods.
Please note: the warranty excludes faults caused by neglect, misuse or accidental damage and normal wear and tear.
It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error.
Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected by this.

Complaint Handling Process:

We try to resolve all complaints promptly and preferably over the emails and telephone. Digizo.co.uk takes pride in its provision of an excellent service to customers that is intended to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. However, if you have a complaint which has not been resolved by email or telephone, please write to the Customer Services Manager at Digizo.co.uk head office at Suite 2D, Britannia Business Centre, Leagrave Road, Luton, Beds, UK LU3 1RJ. The letter should contain as much information about the complaint as possible, such as: your name (and the customer's name, if different), the order reference number and date, a summary of the issue, your email address and phone number.
