We may be contacted by e-mail, telephone or live support. To contact us by telephone, please call 0845 638 1888, to contact us by e-mail, please e-mail your query to cs@digizo.co.uk and to contact us through live support please select this option from our web site.
To place an order with us, please add your products as normal to your shopping trolley. Then select ‘Checkout’. After selecting checkout a new screen will come up which will allow you to review your order.
Once reviewed, please select ‘Continue’ where you will be asked to enter your details – username, password, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address and card details.
After clicking continues, your order will now be processed.
Unless otherwise done so, you will need to create an account with us in order to be able to login. Once this is done, please use the details sent on your registration e-mail and login using the button on the web site.
To search for orders on our web site, please use the search box located towards the top right hand corner.
We can accept any credit or debit card, of type Switch, Delta, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro etc. as well as PayPal and Google Checkout for transactions made on our web site. We DO NOT accept cash or cheque payments.
To place an order through PayPal, please follow the above instructions titled ‘How do I place an order with you?’ but instead of entering your card details, select the radio button beside ‘PayPal’. Please note, any card details entered will be lost when selecting the ‘PayPal option’. You may need to create a PayPal account if you have not already done so.
To place an order through Google Checkout, follow the above instructions titled ‘How do I place an order with you?’ but instead of entering your card details, select the radio button beside ‘Google Checkout’. Please note, any card details entered will be lost when selecting the ‘Google Checkout’ option. You may need to create a Google Checkout account if you have not already done so.
To place an order through our Card Payment system, as opposed to other methods, please follow the above instructions titled ‘How do I place an order with you?’ before entering your card details in the boxes and ensuring the ‘Credit/Debit Card payment’ radio button is checked. Otherwise the transaction won’t go through.
Our web site uses the latest standard in SSL Encryption. This is secured by Geotrust to ensure all transactions made through our web site are safe and secure.
Unfortunately we do not accept orders by telephone. This is for security reasons.
We ship to the United Kingdom only. We are looking at accepting orders from overseas in the near future.
Your order number can be found towards the top left hand side of your delivery note.

Unfortunately, once processed, orders cannot be amended. Instead you will have to cancel the order and re-order again.
All contact regarding orders being made are sent to the e-mail address originally used to register with our web site. All orders are immediately followed with an e-mail receipt with order information and progress. You may also log in with this information for the latest advice about your order.
Once an order has been placed with us and successful payment has been made, the order is normally processed that same evening or the day after. We usually advise a wait of 2-5 days, from our carriers Royal Mail and City Link but advise a 10 day wait before items are considered lost.
