Customer service representative
Location: Digizo.co.uk office, Britannia House, Luton, Bedfordshire

Digizo.co.uk is seeking an organized and passionate customer service representative to work in its friendly close-knit Luton based office.

The Role
- Resolving customer service issues efficiently and in a professional manner both on the telephone and over email.
- Dealing with customer returns on a daily basis.
- Drafting letters to our manufacturers, assosicates and customers.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 GCSE's grade A to C including Mathematics and English (or equivalent)
- Excellent computer literacy and typing skills.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- A professional attitude towards work, high levels of attendance and punctuality.
- Experience of working to targets.
- The ability to work in a dynamic and exciting environment.

A deeper understanding of e-commerce and online shopping is a definite plus, as is a knowledge of digital memory and cameras.

Web-developer
Location: Digizo.co.uk office, Britannia House, Luton, Bedfordshire

The Role
- Maintaining our online shop and updating the catalog.
- Managing our online advertising campaigns.
- Customizing and improving our website and backend.

Requirements:
- An in depth knowledge of HTML/XML, PHP, CSS, mySQL and javascript is required.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Dreamweaver, or other similar software.
- A professional attitude towards work, high levels of attendance and punctuality.
- Experience of working to targets.

Previous relevant experience in the e-commerce field is a very definite plus.
