How to Order: 

Making a purchase order could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. You can continue shopping by click catalog or update item quantity in shopping cart. When you finished, just click on "Checkout" and you will be directed to our secure payment page. We accept credit and debit card payment via Paypal/Google CheckOut/Protx.

We will endeavour to dispatch any order placed before 3pm at same working day but due to high order volumes during certain sales periods please allow 2 working days after order payment cleared. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver in 2-5 working days.

We ship cameras, camcorders and game consoles by Citylink which operating next time delivery service, we post most of accessories by Royal Mail first class post or recorded post and normally delivered in 3-4 working days. 

Standard Service (Royal Mail):
First class post normally take 3-4 working days, however please allow an additional 10 working days before contacting us as Royal Mail do not consider a package "lost" until 15 working days have passed.


Royal Mail states:
"Please wait 15 days (from the due date of delivery) before completing this form as we would not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed."

Special Delivery/City Link:
Special Delivery/City Link orders usually arrive within 24 hours, if you do not receive your order after 2 working days please contact us so that we can track your order.

We only deliver within the mainland UK.

Part of order missing:

We try to pack your order(s) in one parcel if you place multiple orders or bundle packages, so you should receive all orders at once, if there is any missing item(s), please contact us immediately quoting your order number.

Order did not receive:

Standard Service (Royal Mail)
First class post normally take 3-4 working days, however please allow an additional 10 working days before contacting us as Royal Mail do not consider a package "lost" until 15 working days have passed.


Royal Mail states:

We will initiate investigation and pass our inquiries to Royal Mail after 10 days.

Special Delivery/City Link:


Special Delivery/City Link orders usually arrive within 24 hours, if you do not receive your order after 2 working days please contact us so that we can track your order.

The item is damaged or may be faulty:

If the item you received is damaged or defective within 30 days, please simply fill in return form at back of invoice and return back to us. 

Wrong item received:

Please email us at: info@digizo.co.uk with your order number so we can correct this immediately. Please fill in the return form at back of invoice and post back to us, we are gladly to refund return postage ( standard first class postages applied unless stated ) 

Returns:

Digizo.co.uk returns policy has been set up to keep our costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. On the rare occasion that a product arrives in less than perfect condition, please refer to our returns policy and procedures (outlined below).

1.Your must return a copy of your original sales invoice that is sent with the order as proof of purchase.

2. You must retain proof of postage or obtain a certificate of postage from the post office when returning your item to us, No claim for lost packages will be permitted without proof of postage.

3. The product must be in otherwise “as new” condition; and this promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

4. For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using recorded or trackable postal service. Please also ensure you retain your proof of posting and keep hold of the postal receipt if item over      £20. Digizo.co.uk will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit by any postal service.

Return within 30 days:


By law you have the right to cancel any order within seven days of the day after the item is delivered to you. For a great customer satisfaction, you are welcome to cancel your order up to 30 days from order receipt - your statutory rights will not be affected. If the order has already been sent, please inform us and fill in the return form at back of invoice and enclose your order number with the returned item to us. We will refund your money less any delivery costs, All we ask is please take care of our goods, ensure all items are complete are in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. The item must be returned in unused condition to qualify for the "digizo 30 days cooling off period"

All monies paid for cancelled goods will be refunded within 3-7 working days from date of cancellation.

Return within 12 months ( after digizo 30 days cooling off period ):

We provide 12 months warranty for most of cameras/Game console accessories /digital photo frame, you are eligible to return the product to us for repair under your 12 months warranty if your product develops a fault within 12 months of receipt of your goods.

Return within 24 months ( after digizo 30 days cooling off period ):

We provide 24 months warranty for most of cameras/Game consoles, you are eligible to return the product to us for repair under your 24 months warranty if your product develops a fault within 24 months of receipt of your goods.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error, or if goods are faulty.

Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected by this

Returns process:

We aim to process your return as quickly as possible however please allow the maximum time indicated below before contacting us.

Cameras and Games Consoles:
Due to the technical nature of these items Digizo can not repair these items and need to pass to authorised repair centers. 
This can take up to 30 days.

Camera and Game Accessories:
All returns of camera/game accessories are processed by our team within 3-7 working days of receipt however we endeavor to replace smaller items within three working days of receiving a return.

Warranty information: 

12 months warranty ( after digizo 30 days cooling off period ):

We provide 12 months warranty for most of cameras/Game console accessories /digital photo frame, you are eligible to return the product to us for repair under your 12 months warranty if your product develops a fault within 12 months of receipt of your goods.

24 months warranty ( after digizo 30 days cooling off period ):

We provide 24 months warranty for most of cameras/Game consoles/Digital Photo Frames, you are eligible to return the product to us for repair under your 24 months warranty if your product develops a fault within 24 months of receipt of your goods.

Please note: the warranty excludes faults caused by neglect, misuse or accidental damage.

It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error. 

Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected by this.

Complaint handling process:

We try to resolve all complaints promptly and preferably over the emails and telephone. Digizo.co.uk takes pride in its provision of an excellent service to customers that is intended to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. However, if you have a complaint which has not been resolved by email or telephone, please write to the Customer Services Manager at Digizo.co.uk head office at Suite 2D, Britannia Business Centre, Leagrave Road, Luton, Beds, UK LU3 1RJ. The letter should contain as much information about the complaint as possible, such as: your name (and the customer's name, if different), the order reference number and date, a summary of the issue, your email address and phone number.
