How to Order:
Making a purchase order could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, if you are paying by cheque or postal order, print the page off, enclose your payment, made payable to Digizo, and post to us at the following address:

If you would like to pay by Paypal, after finishing your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for details that we will need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment via Paypal/Google CheckOut/Nochex.
Delivery:
We only deliver within the mainland UK. We will endeavour to dispatch any order placed before 3pm by the next working day and we aim to deliver within 3-4 working days (for UK orders), but due to high order volumes during certain sales periods please allow 10 working days before contacting us.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver next working day.
Returns:
Digizo.co.uk returns policy has been set up to keep our costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. On the rare occasion that a product arrives in less than perfect condition, please refer to our returns policy and procedures (outlined below). You must contact us and be in receipt of an RMA Number before sending any item back. Any product returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your must also return a copy of your original sales invoice that is sent with the order as proof of purchase.
For your protection, please send items back well packaged and using the Royal Mail 1st Class posting or Standard Parcel Service for items weighing over 1KG. Please also ensure you retain your proof of posting for your reference. Digizo.co.uk will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit by any postal service.
Cooling-Off Period:
By law you have the right to cancel any order within seven days of the day after the item is delivered to you. Therefore, you are welcome to cancel your order up to 7 days from order receipt - your statutory rights will not be affected. You can cancel your order by sending an email to our sales team in the Contact Us section above. You must quote your 5 Digit Order Reference number and inform us . If the order has not been despatched, we will ensure we stop the delivery process. If however the order has already been sent, please inform us you wish to exercise your right to cancel your order and enclose your RMA number with the returned item to us. We will refund your money less any delivery costs, All we ask is please take care of our goods, ensure all items are complete are in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. The item must be returned in unused condition to qualify for the "cooling off period"
All monies paid for cancelled goods will be refunded within 30 days from date of cancellation.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we delivered goods to you in error, or if goods are faulty.
Faulty Goods:
Items are sold with a RTB (Return to base) Warranty and All shipping back to Digizo.co.uk is paid for by the customer. All items suspected to be damaged or faulty must be returned and tested, if no fault can be found then the item will be returned to you at your own cost or a refund will be issued but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customers expense.
If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second shipping charge may apply.
Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected by this.
